2011 marks the 20 year anniversary of Dr. Vannah Nantz’s general dental practice located in the historic district of Centerville. She purchased the practice in 1991 from retiring dentist, Dr. William C. Davis – the first dentist in Centerville.

I knew that I eventually wanted my own practice somewhere in the South Dayton area. When this opportunity came available I was on maternity leave with my first child. The practice was just the right size for me. I wasn’t interested in a large corporate type practice. I enjoy getting to know my patients and really talking to them. I could tell that this was the type of environment that Dr. Davis had created with his patients.

“Twenty years have flown by and it has been an incredible journey. I have no plans to retire any time soon. There is still so much to learn and it is still incredibly fun and challenging everyday. The patients make all of it worthwhile. When we can make them smile again or not be afraid to come to the dentist; then we know we have made a difference.”
